Christmas Dreams
Αγαπημένοι μας φίλοι,
Τα Χριστούγεννα είναι η γιορτή που μας ενώνει όλους, οικογένεια και φίλους και μας πλημμυρίζει με χαρά και χρυσόσκονη. Στο άκουσμα και μόνο της λέξης Χριστούγεννα χαμογελάμε λίγο περισσότερο, κάνουμε λίστες δώρων, γινόμαστε πιο αυθόρμητοι, ονειρευόμαστε μελομακάρονα και κουραμπιέδες και χαζεύουμε τα φωτάκια στο δέντρο.
Τη φετινή χρονιά, καθώς ο κόσμος μας συνεχίζει να ραγίζει, νιώσαμε πιο έντονα από ποτέ την ανάγκη να κρατηθούμε από αυτά που μας συνδέουν: το φως, την ελπίδα, την ειρήνη, τη χαρά και την αγάπη.
Με αυτή τη διάθεση στις καρδιές μας και με τους δύο μικρούς μας εαυτούς στην αφίσα, συναντιόμαστε ξανά μαζί επί σκηνής τον Δεκέμβριο για να σας ταξιδέψουμε στα Χριστουγεννιάτικα όνειρα των παιδικών μας χρόνων, όπου όλα ήταν ασφαλή, ξέγνοιαστα, ζεστά και αθώα.
Αυτές τις βραδιές τις ονειρευόμαστε σαν μία ζεστή αγκαλιά, όπου όλοι μαζί θα μαζευτούμε σαν μία μεγάλη οικογένεια και θα τραγουδήσουμε την αγάπη. Εμείς αποφασίσαμε ότι ακόμα υπάρχει φως, αρκεί να καταφέρουμε να κοιτάξουμε και τον 8χρονο, αλλά και τον μελλοντικό 80χρονο εαυτό μας στον καθρέφτη και όταν τον ρωτήσουμε τι έχει καταφέρει, να νιώσει περήφανος για αυτό που είναι και για την αγάπη και τη χαρά που μοίρασε.
Μετράμε τις μέρες αντίστροφα και ανυπομονούμε να γιορτάσουμε μαζί σας τη μαγεία των Χριστουγέννων, ο ένας πλάι στον άλλο.

Marios Frangoulis returns to the Herodion to honor the 100th anniversary of the birth of "Ecumenical Mikis Theodorakis" in a magical musical performance on Friday, September 19th performing exerpts from the most important universal works of the great composer to poetry of Pablo Neruda, Federico García Lorca, Brendan Behan, Odysseus Elytis, Giorgos Seferis, Manolis Anagnostakis, Konstantinos Cavafy and songs that have been sang in many languages by many great artists.

The Ancient Theaters will be the stage where the multifaceted and great Greek work of Stavros Xarchakos will come to life
- work that has been moving, inspiring and uniting generations for decades.
Stavros Xarchakos together with his valued companions, Mario Frangoulis, Alkistis Protopsalti, Iro Saia and Dimitris Basis and accompanied by 10 exceptional musicians, will take you on a journey to places of light, to sacred places and landmarks of Ancient Greece, which to this very day constitute universal poles of our cultural heritage.
